Rigid Stranding Machine can manufacture copper wire and copper tape shielding cable. It is suitable for armoring of copper, round aluminum wire, pre-twist sector conductor and steel wires armoring cables.

Stranding Machine:

 

General Description:

This machine (with lumped loading device) is suitable for producing large length, compact ,bare Al/Cu wire, and ACSR, aluminum alloy wire and sector conductor. The machine is driven by separate motor for each cage and dual capstan; the stranding pitch can be adjusted by Touch screen.

 

Main Capability Characteristic:

The machine with dual active, dual hauling capstan, its haul force is so strong that can reach to 15T. Natural wire distribution for preventing abrasion damage of wire cores when stranding. Wire pay-off tension is controlled pneumatically to guarantee constant tension in full loaded bobbin or empty bobbin. With automatic emergency stop device, in case of wire break the device can control directly every pay-off bobbin in the cage and the entire machine will automatically stop at once.

 

Automatic Side loading and unloading Device:

Centralized loading device works in 90 degree and it compromises four steps: Griping, turning, moving and loading. The whole

loading and unloading action is very fast. It is easy to operate and reliable

When the loading carriage travels to the location where the bobbin is stored, it will rise vertically to grip the bobbin. Once the bobbin is gripped, a mechanical locking system will lock the bobbin and a turning motor will turned the bobbin to the horizontal position. This device has limit control. The turning motor will turn the bobbin only when the bobbin is locked. In this way, safety of loading and unloading can be ensured.

 

Safety Cover of Each Cage

Adopt fully closed cover to make sure cage rotating under fully seal up condition, protection cover can open when bobbin-loading or cage stop, it is driven by motor, easily to operate.

The example of 1+12+18 line operational principle. Workpieces pass through the cage individual bandwidth channels system and exit through holes of the outside separator.

The central workpiece in the center, and 12 workpiece (wires) from the 12V cage are overlapped around it.

Cores are crimped in the die, where stranding process occurs due to the cage rotation. Through this process, the first lay (1+12) is made. When passing through the sealing device with pre-twisting function, the lay receives a seal by using crimping pairs of rear rolls and additional stranding, which is necessary in the sector cores manufacturing.

After passing the next 18V cage, 18 workpiece (wires) will be applied to 1+12 lay (wires) in a similar way. The stranding algorithm of different cores structure is identical.
